This is Guidion

We deliver and innovate technical services in and around the house. It’s possible that you haven't heard of us before, but you've probably already met us without knowing it. For example when you switched your internet provider or when your central heating boiler was serviced. Guidion is mainly active in the Telecom and Energy sectors. We do this on behalf of big brands like VodafoneZiggo, T-Mobile and Comfort Partners. In addition, we are continuously innovating our services based on trends and wishes. For example, we visit customers to help smart home equipment function optimally or offer them remote assistance. How do we do this? By making the entire customer journey as fun and easy as possible for consumers, in our own unique way. Our mechanics, or as we call them experts, play a major role in this. Thanks to these passionate, skilled experts (self-employed), we make about 1 million people happy every year with our services. And we are proud of that!


This is the role

Getting teams to shine, that's what gives you as a Scrum Master energy! You know how to transfer that energy to the various teams you work with. In this way you ensure that there is a pleasant and positive atmosphere where everyone performs at their best.

These are your tasks and responsibilities, you...

  • ensure that all scrum events run smoothly (daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives and sprint planning);

  • keep an eye on the daily progress of the sprint in order to proactively set out actions to ensure that the team achieves the sprint target;

  • ensure that the team is as effective and productive as possible by protecting them from external distractions and actively counteracting obstacles;

  • challenge the Product owner in prioritizing, breaking down large chunks of work, and collaborating to make the team as effective as possible;

  • pursue measurable results;are a coach both at the group level (the team) and for individuals.

You do this for three different teams; Team Nuna, Team Tectonic and the Data team. A fun fact: the names of the first two teams were made up by the teams themselves. A good example of the freedom you get at Guidion!


This is the team

You end up in not one, not two, but in three different teams. And yes, that also means three different team outings ;). The teams are very different, which makes your work very diverse. The development teams are used to working together and the Data team has been using the scrum method for about a year now. Both teams find it important to do fun things together. They will have pizza nights, go out for dinner together and start the weekend with a drink on Friday. One of the teams even went trampoline jumping recently. In short, working with these teams brings a lot of joy!

Job requirements

This is you

From your genuine interest in people, you naturally see the benefits of the differences between people. This enables you to motivate and activate colleagues in an authentic way. Your great communication skills help you to do this. In addition, you are structured and confident. You can defend your team(s) if necessary.

Finally, some practical points:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in Agile/Scrum with multiple teams

  • You are fluent in English

  • You are available for at least 36 hours

  • Experience with Jira (an advantageous)

  • You have worked in different environments (advantageous)
