This is the role

Due to the growth and diversification of Guidion, we are seeking a Salesforce Developer. This position has arisen as one of our developers advanced to the tech lead role, creating a need for additional capacity. As a Salesforce Developer, you play a pivotal role in expanding and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our growth. Responsibilities include:

• Designing, building, and maintaining customized applications within the Salesforce platform.

• Automating business processes, managing data, and customizing Salesforce functionality using tools such as Apex, Aura, and LWC.

• Integrating external systems through APIs and providing technical solutions that maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.

• Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver suitable solutions.

You will need to strike the perfect balance between utilizing out-of-the-box functionality and coding, generic thinking, and product thinking.

This is You

You are a flexible individual with good communication skills. With a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, you possess the necessary certifications. You are analytical, decisive, committed, energetic, solution-oriented, and a true team player. You have:

• 0-3 years of experience in Salesforce development.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree level of thinking and working.

• Experience with Apex (or Java) and Aura/LWC (or Javascript)

• Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certifications are a plus. 

• Availability to work 32-40 hours per week.
