Job description
This is Guidion
Let me introduce you to Guidion, the company that delivers and innovates technical services in and around your home! You may not have heard of us before, but chances are, you've already interacted with us without realizing it. For example, when you switched internet providers or when your boiler needed maintenance. We primarily operate in the telecom and energy sectors, working on behalf of big brands like VodafoneZiggo, T-Mobile, and Comfort Partners.
How do we achieve all of this? By making the entire customer journey as enjoyable and effortless as possible in our unique way. So, what is the whole package?
- Training network;
- Coordinate improvement projects to increase quality;
- Ensuring current and new quality-working agreements of our partners;
- Support experts on work content, processes, systems and payments;
- Represent network and secure and increase satisfaction and engagement.

At Guidion, we only care about who you are and what you can do. Your gender, nationality, religion, age, etc. are not relevant to us. Leave them off your resume! Research has shown that male candidates tend to apply for jobs when they meet 60% of the requirements, while female candidates wait until they meet 100% of the requirements. That's a shame, and that's why we value diversity and inclusivity. So, if you're unsure, just apply! We'll figure out if there's a match together. Hope to hear from you soon!
