We do this by ensuring you have internet, always being able to take a warm shower in the evenings, and being able to call your aunt in (New) Zealand without any effort. Guidion is active in the telecommunications and energy sectors. We have a specialized network of technicians who perform tasks at people's homes on behalf of major brands such as VodafoneZiggo, T-Mobile, and Comfort Partners. How do we do this? By making the entire customer journey as enjoyable and easy as possible in our own unique way. This results in us making approximately 1 million people happy with our service each year. And we are proud of that.

This is the role

As a Customer support employee, you will take care of scheduling appointments for modem and television installations or central heating maintenance at people's homes and be the first point of contact for customers who call in to us with questions about their installation appointment. You will also be the point of contact for our experts for technical questions regarding the installation work to be performed.


Job requirements

This is you

You prefer to hang on the phone all day, you are a strong communicator and don't get easily beaten off the field! You know how to answer all questions and find it important that every customer is helped perfectly. If you sink your teeth into something, we can assume that you will achieve your goal. You like to get down to business and get energy from every appointment you schedule! You are looking for a part-time job next to your studies and enjoy ending the week with your colleagues on Friday afternoons. In short, our core values 'Happy To Help' and 'Share The Fun' suit you.
