We provide and innovate technical services in and around the home. Chances are you haven't heard of us before, but you've probably already had dealings with us without knowing it. For example, when you switched internet providers or when maintenance was performed on your central heating boiler. Guidion is mainly active in the telecom and energy sector. We do this on behalf of major brands such as VodafoneZiggo, T-Mobile and Comfort Partners. We are constantly renewing our services based on trends and wishes. For example, we visit customers to make smart home equipment function optimally or offer customers remote assistance (Remote). How do we do all this? By making the entire customer journey for consumers as fun and easy as possible in our own unique way. Our mechanics, or rather experts, play a major role in this. Thanks to these passionate, skilled experts (freelancers), we make around 1 million people happy with our services every year. And we are proud of that.
This is the role
At Guidion, we work with about 600 mechanics (we call them experts). All these experts have a specialty. One is the lifesaver when the wifi connection doesn't work, the other does the annual check-up of the central heating. In short; men and women with technical knowledge of Telecom and central heating boilers. Because we want to help as many people as possible, we need a large pool of experts. And that's where you come in! As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be looking for these lifesavers. That includes; approaching, screening, processing in the system, forwarding to certification and the corresponding team. Full circle!
Then briefly about your colleagues. You will be joining the Recruitment Team. This team consists of a nice mix of permanent employees and on-call employees. Besides casting the rod, there is also time for fun and each other. Fun outings are organized and on Monday mornings we discuss the weekend together.

You are sociable and know how to convince people with your communication skills. You also have a commercial mindset. You do not think in terms of problems, but in terms of opportunities. And waiting is certainly not a word you will find in your dictionary.

- Are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
- Have 0 to 3 years of work experience
